Competition Day was a spectacular experience the contestants were led by the rhythms of sweet tassa drums, once the burners were lit and the spices, herbs, and curries hit the pots, the aroma filled the Occidental Tucancun Resort like never before, then the contestants added the main staple, the star to the pot “The Duck”.
