Travel Information
Check-in times
For all international flights, please be sure to check-in at least 3 hours prior to the flight departure time. This will allow you enough time to check-in and clear the security and immigration procedures (where required). Check-in counters close 1 hours before the scheduled departure of the flight. Airlines are not responsible for passengers arriving after the counters have closed and the tickets will no longer be valid.
Passport and visa requirements
Passports or emergency travel documents are required for all international travel. Passports must be valid for at least 6 months from travel date. The name and date of birth on the passport and ticket must match. Valid visa (if necessary) for the country of final destination and in-transit for period of travel is required. Please check with the necessary Embassy or High Commission office of your destination and transit countries. The airline is not responsible for cancellation of trip due to expired passports or visa requirements not being fulfilled, no refund or penalty waivers will be permitted.
Health information
Certain countries require vaccinations to be taken before you can travel. Please check with the respective Embassy or High Commission for more information. Always carry a first-aid kit with basic but necessary medication when travelling.

Certain airports have multiple terminals. Please check with your Travel Agent or the Airline for the terminal information. Once you arrive at the correct terminal, please check the display for the airline counters where you have to check-in. For International Flights TSA Requires Check-in (3) Three Hours Prior to your Departure Time.
Items you can carry
Liquid more than 3oz are not allowed in the carry-on bags. Flammable items such as gasoline and explosives are strictly prohibited on flights. Medication
Airlines do have a first-aid kit on board but it is good to carry your own medication especially who are diabetic, have heart or blood pressure problems, etc. Always carry a doctor’s prescription for medication and injections you may have in your carry-on.
Security
Airport security would scan all bags what are checked in or taken along as carry-on. Sometimes they may open checked-in bags to do a detail check. If your bag has been opened by airport security, you will find a note in it stating that your bag was opened for a detail check. If your bag is locked, they will have to break the lock. In such cases, the airline is not responsible for broken locks.
Travel Insurance
It is highly recommended to purchase Travel Insurance before your trip. Travel Insurance would cover flight delays, cancellations, baggage delayed, lost baggage, sickness, etc.
