Refunds
TravelSpan sells for many airline carriers and as such any refund request, date change request and or cancellations are determined by the rules governing the fare you have purchased by that carrier and are subject to the carriers penalties.
Most tickets are non-refundable. However, non-refundable fares may be cancelled prior to the schedule departure time for a credit for future travel on the same carrier subject to the airlines penalties and the credit would be valid.
If a ticket is refundable the refund can only be made to the original form of payment used to purchase the ticket. You should submit your claim at your point of purchase, i.e., either at a TravelSpan Reservations Office or your Travel Agent. You can email refunds@travelspan.com to determine eligibility for a refund or to find out about other penalties.
