Personal Alcohol Usage on property: Personal alcoholic beverages are only allowed within the guests’ personal room/suite or in a bona-fide hospitality room/suite, per NY State Law.
Non-smoking facility: All building interiors (public areas, hotel guests’ rooms/suites are non-smoking. Smoking is allowed in designated outdoor locations. In the event smoking is detected in any interior guest rooms/suite a cleaning fee of $250 per guest room/suite will be assessed to guests in accordance with resort policy.
No Pet Policy: Only Bonafide service animals are allowed anywhere on the resort. Violations of this policy will result in a cleaning fee of $250 per guest room/suite in accordance with resort policy

- Drive time-Bus Ride up to Resort World estimated at 2hr 27min depending on traffic patterns
- Drive time from Villa Roma Resort to Casino @ Resort World est. 35-40 mins depending on traffic
