Day -2- Day Itinerary:
DAY 1, Sunday - Depart for Poland
DAY 2, Monday - Arrive in Krakow, Poland's former royal capital, and transfer to your hotel. The balance of the day is at leisure. Your tour will begin with an orientation meeting with your Tour Manager at approximately 6 PM, followed by a light dinner. We recommend you select flights that arrive no later than 4 PM

DAY 3, Tuesday - Krakow City Tour & Christmas Market. Begin the morning tour of medieval Krakow at the historic 16th century Wawel Royal Castle district, where you view the castle and visit the cathedral. Continue to the former Jewish district, with its ancient synagogues and main square of the former ghetto. Afterward, proceed to the Old Town with its lively Market Square. Stop at stately St. Mary's Church with its tall brick tower overlooking the square and the Renaissance Cloth Hall where traders offer a variety of wares as their predecessors did many generations ago. Enjoy free time to browse Krakow's Christmas Market with a variety of wooden stalls full of decorations, holiday gifts, sweets, and hot dishes. Tonight, join the optional tour to a restaurant

DAY 4, Wednesday - Travel to Wroclaw & City Tour, Christmas Market. Journey today to Wroclaw, a culturally diverse city, having absorbed Bohemian, Austrian, and Prussian influences. This city, with its turbulent history, has been under occupation by many rulers, kings, and emperors. Today, Wroclaw flourishes with scenic waterways, attractive buildings, bridges, and parks. Arrive in Wroclaw in the afternoon. Continue with a guided tour of the city, known for its Market Square, one of the most beautiful squares in Poland. Wroclaw boasts one of Poland's largest and most beautiful Christmas Markets. Browse its stalls full of decorations, holiday gifts, and gingerbread. Tonight, dinner is at the hotel

DAY 5, Thursday - Kutna Hora, Prague Christmas Market. This morning, depart Poland for the Czech Republic. En route to Prague, stop at the UNESCO World Heritage Site of Kutna Hora, a medieval center of silver-mining. Admire the beautiful Gothic, Renaissance, and Baroque burgher houses within the city center. Visit St. Barbara Church and the macabre Sedlec Ossuary, decorated with more than 40,000 human bones. Later, arrive in the Czech capital city of Prague "The City of a Thousand Spires." Check into your hotel with time to explore the enchanting Christmas Market. It's surrounded by a scenic backdrop of Baroque architecture, giving a delightful charm to the numerous wooden stalls selling original ware and festive treats. DAY 6, Friday - Prague City Tour & Christmas Market. This morning's sightseeing will include a walking tour of the Lesser Town and the Old Town, viewing the 14th century Charles Bridge, with its 30 Baroque statues of various saints. From here, admire the view of Prague Castle. Continue through the Old Town Square to view the famous Old Town Hall Tower & Astronomical Clock. The afternoon is free to explore intriguing Prague on your own. Perhaps, join the optional tour to the hilltop Prague Castle complex, former residence of Bohemian kings and to the magnificent St. Vitus Cathedral, where kings were crowned and battles were fought. Discover this astonishing Renaissance city distinguished by its celebrated art museums and classic architecture that emerged from wartime destruction to luxurious splendor. Stop at the Versailles-inspired Zwinger Palace, once setting for court festivities and the world-famous Semper Opera House. Continue to the Baroque Frauenkirche Church, symbol of reconstruction with its magnificent dome. Continue to Dresden's Christmas Market, founded in 1434, making it one of the oldest in the world.
